RCB ends six-match losing streak against SRH
Opting to bat first, RCB set a target of 207 for SRH, powered by Virat‘s steady innings (51 off 43) at a strike rate of 118, and Patidar’s explosive contribution (50 off 20) with a blistering strike rate of 250, backed by five impressive sixes. Green added the final flourish with a rapid 37 off just 20 balls. Jaydev Unadkat shone for SRH, claiming 3 wickets in 4 overs while conceding only 30 runs.
In response, SRH stumbled early, losing four crucial wickets within five overs with the scoreboard showing 56. RCB’s disciplined bowling thwarted any potential SRH comeback, resulting in no SRH batter reaching the 50-run mark. Shahbaz Ahmed emerged as the highest scorer for SRH, notching 40 runs off 37 balls. This ensured RCB’s 35-run victory, with Patidar rightfully awarded the Player of the Match for his exceptional performance.
