Rohit Sharma hates sharing room with Shikhar Dhawan and Rishabh Pant

During a chat with comedian Kail Sharma, Rohit Sharma said he would never share a room with two players- Shikhar Dhawan and Rishabh Pant. The Indian skipper revealed that their rooms are very messy.

“Everyone gets a single room nowadays. But if I get a chance to share a single room, there are two people with whom I wouldn't want to share rooms - Shikhar Dhawan and Rishabh Pant. Bade gande hai (They are very messy)”, said the right-handed batsman.

The former MI skipper also revealed why their rooms are too messy. He said that both of them sleep till afternoon; due to which; the housekeeping staff are not able to clean their rooms on time. He also added that they toss their clothes on the bed after practice.

After practice, they just toss their clothes on the bed. Their room is always on DND (Do Not Disturb) because they sleep till 1 PM. The housekeeping staff comes in the morning to clean their rooms, so it's important for them to put their rooms on DND. Otherwise, they will barge in”, the Indian skipper said.

“That's why their rooms often stay messy for three to four days. It becomes a problem for the people staying around them. So, I don't think I will be able to stay with them,” Rohit further added.
